How to Make Potpourri at Home
Potpourri is often used at home to add fragrance in a room or a small space. While it is rather easy to get one in the market just like any cheap perfume, you can actually make them at home. It’s not hard to learn even if you’re a beginner. Just follow the instructions and once you’ve mastered the very basic you can even add your own ingredients to experiment. Dried leaves and flowers are the main ingredients. Combine them with oil to obtain the desired fragrance and then binding oil later to keep the whole mixture last even longer.
Once it is done, you can fill the mixed potpourri in a nice glass container or glass bowl that can also act as a nice home decoration. If you actually prefer a smaller pot, you can fill it up in a satchel and hang it in your wardrobe or car. If you have a garden at home, you just have for yourself a potpourri making factory at your backyard. Otherwise you can make potpourri out from any bouquet you received.
